Who we are

This site is run by Women with Moxie in Portland, Oregon.

What we collect

When you sign up, RSVP or get a ticket, we collect your name and your email address, and for tickets whatever the checkout asks for. If you send us a message, we keep what you write.

How we use it

We use it to save your spot, send your confirmation and reminders, and share occasional Women with Moxie news and event invitations. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who handles it

Your information is stored in our email platform, ActiveCampaign. Tickets are handled by ThriveCart, and card payments by Stripe, so we never see or keep your card number. We do not sell your information. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens.

Visits and ads

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and ads bring women to the site. It uses cookies and shares anonymous visit information with Google. If we run Google ads, Google may also use it to show our ads and measure which ones led to a sign-up. You can block cookies in your browser at any time.

Photos at events

We take photos at our events and may share them online and on social media. If you'd rather not be photographed, tell us when you arrive.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. To have your information removed, email us at hello@womenwithmoxie.com or message us on Facebook and we'll take care of it.
