Dill Ward loves helping people see what’s possible, then giving them the tools to make it happen. With a long career in sales and marketing, more than 15 years as a Realtor and 700 homes sold, she brings hands-on experience and contagious enthusiasm to helping business owners grow.
Her passion spans AI, video marketing, social media, automation, bots and brand development. She loves turning new technology and big ideas into practical tools that help people get noticed, save time and build a business they’re excited about.
As leader of the Dill Ward Group at eXp Realty in Portland, Dill builds her team for the same reason she builds community: she loves helping others succeed. She launched the Portland chapter of Women with Moxie in 2010 and has hosted more than 150 Moxie events.

A ticket is $20 and includes drinks and light bites. For the relaunch, the first 25 women get in free with the code MOXIE.
Do I need a business to come?
The night is made for women who own one. Getting ready to start? Come anyway.
What if I don't know anyone?
Perfect. Everybody was new once. We'll help you meet people so nobody is left standing alone.
What should I bring?
Yourself, a few business cards if you still have them, and your curiosity.
Where is it and where do I park?
Lifetime Work in Beaverton, Oregon. 500 SW 116th Ave, Portland, OR 97225 Parking: Free parking in the garage. Come in through the garage door, not the athletic club entrance. Inside the door, take the elevator to the 4th floor. Lifetime Work is right there.
Will there be photos?
We take photos at our events and may share them online. If you'd rather not be in them, tell us when you arrive.
What if my plans change?
Message us on Facebook so we can offer your spot to another woman.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Each guest gets her own ticket so we know who is coming and can have a name tag and a drink ready.
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel like yourself. Most women come in business casual and comfy shoes.
